We then work on a plan for each property, to promote it in its best light – work on an individual plan – and then put that plan into action.
Our extensive understanding of the local market enables us to provide timely, relevant and forward thinking, honest advice. Pricing real estate is not an exact science, and never will be – but starting out on the same page, with the same agenda with the vendor, is a receipe for success.
Our extensive buyer data base, gathered through the many years in the industry, enables us to maximise the exposure of each property, to a broad band of possible buyers, combined with deciding on a sales price through understanding the property, the market, the sellers needs, wants, motivations and goals. When the buyer us found, making sure that the motivation for each purchase, is supported with the fact that the buyer is in a position to proceed to settle, and working with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction in all times, for all parties.
