Rebecca Stewart has had the pleasure of working in the real estate industry throughout Brisbane since 2004. Whilst on the Southside and still in her first year, her outstanding commitment to detail and leadership quickly saw her move from Advertising and Marketing Manager of one office, to supporting two major offices. After relocating to the Northside, Bec took an integral role as Office Manager, efficiently managing 8 successful agents in a large scale office.

Bec was then fortunate enough to make a sea change to the beautiful Sunshine Coast. After having her first child , Bec has since eagerly and excitedly returned to the Real Estate industry. Bec is not just the marketing manager, but as wife and partner of Ryan Stewart, is a part of the family.

Having lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast all her life, Tracy brings outstanding local knowledge, passion and skills to her role as Marketing Manager for Stewart Tandy & Associates.
Tracy joined the company after spending more than 16 years, and gathering an enormous amount of experience with one of the region’s largest employers, The Sunshine Coast Newspaper Company, where she held a variety of key positions in property, marketing, advertising and administration.
As copy processor and sales support coordinator for the Sunshine Coast’s flagship real estate publication Property Week, Tracy developed a keen sense of what works for clients in terms of layout and design and has a proven track record in creating and delivering appealing advertising that gets results. She has the skill to devise marketing presentations that work.
A vivacious and enthusiastic team member, Tracy also takes great pride in her position as “Director of First Impressions” at Stewart Tandy & Associates where she is dedicated to providing friendly, expert assistance for new and existing customers.
